New Business & Seller Growth Executive – Collectibles TikTok Shop UK
About the Role
Join one of the most exciting growth stories in UK eCommerce. Help shape how a booming collectibles culture sells itself.
TikTok Shop was the UK's fastest-growing online retailer in 2024 and 2025 (Source: NIQ Digital Purchases, Total eCommerce), and collectibles is one of its standout categories. In 2025 alone, POP MART's Labubu vinyl toys generated 1.1 billion video views on the platform, with orders up 819% between March and May. Trading cards, blind boxes, figures, and designer toys have found their natural home on TikTok. This role is at the centre of that.
Seeking a driven Business & Seller Growth Executive to be the engine behind seller growth within the Collectibles vertical. The focus is clear: identify high-potential collectibles sellers and brands, bring them onto TikTok Shop, then work alongside them to scale their GMV on the platform.
This suits someone who understands the collectibles space: the culture, the community, and the commercial mechanics. Someone who can speak to sellers credibly while hitting ambitious acquisition and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social) to identify and qualify high-potential collectibles seller-partners, including brands, independent retailers, resellers, and collector communities
- Lead initial seller pitches; translate TikTok Shop's unique commercial proposition into tailored value for collectibles sellers at various stages of growth
- Assess seller fit and platform readiness; identify clear pathways to GMV growth within the collectibles vertical (blind boxes, designer toys, trading cards, figures, and adjacent categories)
- Support end-to-end seller onboarding, including registration, account setup, and activation
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing seller support and smooth navigation of platform tools and growth levers
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to seller acquisition and GMV growth (target timeline: 3–6 months)
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the collectibles landscape: key brands, market trends, competitor platforms, and community dynamics
Minimum Requirements
- Proven B2B sales acumen: experience in SDR, BDR, or full-cycle sales, ideally within eCommerce, marketplace, or platform environments
- Excellent communication skills: confident, persuasive, and clear in both written and verbal form, for outbound outreach, pitches, and external negotiations
- Self-driven and well-organised: strong time management and the ability to operate autonomously in a remote-first setup
- Availability for a 6–12 month fixed-term contract, with opportunity for extension based on performance
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Direct experience or genuine interest in the collectibles space: trading cards, blind boxes, designer toys, figures, or related categories
- Background in high-growth eCommerce, online marketplace, or platform business
- Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling, or startup-style environment
Compensation
- Rate in line with the local market
- Discretionary performance-based incentive (quarterly bonus tied to key sales KPIs)
Work Location
- Fully remote (occasional in-person meetings required, preferably within commuting distance of London)
