TikTok Employee Impact - CSR

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join TikTok’s Global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team on a 12-month project. In this role, you will support and implement the company's employee giving and volunteering programs. Success in this role requires adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

About the Team

This role will sit within the Global CSR team and work very closely with the Brand and Communications Team and the Public Policy Team.

The team's work spans a broad and diverse range of functions and workstreams, including designing and implementing social, climate and employee impact strategies as well as working collaboratively across disciplines to bring the right resources, expertise, and experience to each aspect of Environmental Social Governance (ESG).

The mission of the team is to deliver positive social impact and environmental sustainability through our platform, products and people that increase brand trust and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of strategic volunteering partnerships and events alongside non-profit partners, ensuring smooth execution and timely communication with participants.
• Support the communication and promotion of CSR initiatives to employees, ensuring awareness and encouraging participation.
• Manage day to day back-end of employee giving and volunteering platform, Benevity, including: match request and volunteer time approvals, cause nomination reviews, monthly payment processing, and daily oncall support for employee inquiries.
• Support with the management of the CSR Champion network.
• Support employees globally with volunteering and giving queries.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Impact, Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to report to multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple projects and multiple timezones.
• 4+ years working in employee impact / CSR related field.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

• Experience working on corporate social responsibility initiatives within either the corporate or non-profit sector.
• Experience working in a global company.
• Previous experience working with Benevity.
