Role Overview

As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, implementation, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic. Working within a cross-functional team, you’ll be the driving force behind media plans that hit performance targets while staying creatively sharp.

You’ll manage junior team members, lead client conversations, and bring insight and clarity to digital media reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and loves seeing campaigns translate into measurable success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media strategy and execution across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and DV360
  • Develop integrated media plans that align with client objectives and channel best practice
  • Manage budgets, pacing, bid strategies, and campaign performance across platforms
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to enhance cross-channel delivery
  • Manage and mentor junior media buyers or executives within the team
  • Present campaign results and insights to clients with clarity and confidence
  • Keep up to date with platform updates, market trends, and new advertising opportunities


Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns (additional Programmatic experience a plus)
  • Strong platform knowledge: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, DV360, or similar
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills — comfortable with performance reporting and data storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, able to lead client calls and present reports clearly
  • Experience working within a digital or full-service advertising agency preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, etc.) is a bonus
