Job Title: Account Manager / Senior Account Manager / Account Director – Creative Agency

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of agency experience for Account Managers
  • 4–6+ years for Senior AMs
  • 6–8+ years for Account Directors
  • Background in TTL, ATL or fully integrated creative agencies
  • Confident managing day-to-day client relationships and internal teams
  • Great creative judgment — you know how to push the work while keeping clients on board
  • Calm under pressure, great with timelines and production detail
  • Collaborative, solutions-first, and good vibes in a team setting
  • Experience working across brand campaigns, TV, social, digital, and content


Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main client contact on projects, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
  • Briefing and collaborating with creative and strategy teams
  • Managing campaign timelines, budgets and production milestones
  • Presenting work internally and externally with clarity and confidence
  • Supporting or leading new business pitches
  • Mentoring junior members of the client services team (SAM and AD level)
  • Championing great creative work, from brief through to final delivery
