Agency Account Manager
A UK-based media and technology company working with agencies and brands across digital channels. They combine audience insight and media activation within a single platform, giving clients a clear and data-led way to plan and run campaigns. The business is expanding and looking for an Agency Account Manager to join the commercial team.
The Role
This position sits within the managed service side of the business, focused on agency partnerships. You’ll work closely with the Agency Sales Director and be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of media agency accounts, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively through collaboration with internal teams.
The role suits someone proactive, relationship-driven and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment as the commercial team continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow direct relationships with a portfolio of media agency clients
- Attend regular in-person meetings to strengthen partnerships
- Brief internal teams on campaign requirements and ensure delivery meets client KPIs
- Build presentations, respond to multi-channel media briefs and run post-campaign analysis sessions
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities based on campaign performance
- Support the Agency Sales Director with pipeline updates, forecasting and revenue reporting
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in digital media, ideally in a client-facing role across programmatic and/or paid social
- Proven background in account management, client services, activation or sales support
- Strong media planning skills and understanding of the agency and ad-tech landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise across multiple deadlines
- Positive, proactive and commercially focused approach
