We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented individual to join our team as a System Operation Specialist to support our ERP systems across finance, procurement, and legal functions in the Non-China region.


Role Overview

The System Operation Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous optimisation of TikTok’s ERP systems. You will be the go-to point of contact for on-call support, troubleshooting system issues, delivering training, and working closely with various stakeholders. The role will also involve maintaining a robust knowledge base to enhance system efficiency and user experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • ERP System Support: Assist with on-call consultations regarding the ERP system, focusing on finance, procurement, and legal modules. Address system issues, provide guidelines, and ensure optimization requirements are tracked and fulfilled.
  • Training and User Support: Deliver ERP system training to essential users and end-users in the Non-China region. Gather and incorporate user feedback to improve system functionality.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage system errors, collaborate with engineering teams, and provide timely troubleshooting and solutions.
  • Knowledge Management: Compile and maintain an internal knowledge base, providing suggestions to enhance system processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ticketing: Manage and resolve up to 20 support tickets per day, assisting with troubleshooting and ensuring timely issue resolution.


Minimum Requirements

  • Junior college or higher education.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • At least 1 year of experience with ERP systems or relevant ticketing experience.
  • Strong communication and service orientation, with the ability to manage issues calmly and efficiently.
  • Proficient with commonly used office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and demonstrate resilience.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with on-call support or ticketing systems.
  • Quick learner with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.
  • Strong emotional management skills and the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism.
