Data Operations Specialist

Role overview
A hands-on tracking and reporting role inside a media-tech business. You’ll keep measurement clean and reliable across paid platforms, own the reporting workflows that teams rely on, and maintain the internal time-tracking system used for resourcing and client billing. You’ll report directly to the Operations Managing Partner and become the go-to person for day-to-day data operations.

This London-based business combines audience intelligence and media buying within one proprietary platform. Their tech turns billions of audience data points into clear, usable insight — making complex data actionable for teams across the business.
Responsibilities
- Implement, manage and troubleshoot pixels and conversion tags across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Own and continuously improve internal reporting workflows and documentation
- Maintain the internal time tracking system to ensure accurate data for resourcing and billing
- Monitor data quality, spot issues early, and keep operational processes reliable
Qualifications
- 2+ years in digital analytics, operations, or technical ad operations
- Experience in the digital advertising industry
- Strong GTM skills: deploy and debug tags, triggers and variables
- Confident troubleshooting conversion/event tracking across major ad platforms
- Advanced Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivots, data manipulation)
- Self-starter who takes ownership and cares about accuracy
