Role Overview
Our gorgeous Hotel invites an experienced Director of Food and Beverage to lead our Banquet, F&B Outlets, and Stewarding service operations. We are looking for a passionate professional dedicated to delivering curated, authentic experiences that define luxury hospitality.
In this executive role, you will manage the comprehensive Food & Beverage division. This scope includes oversight of all restaurants, bars, lounges, banquet operations, in-room dining, private bars, and stewarding departments. You will drive operational excellence, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects our commitment to superior service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Operations

Division Oversight: Assume full responsibility for the daily operations and long-term strategy of the organization's Food & Beverage Division.

Team Development: Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for all F&B personnel. Provide consistent coaching, mentoring, and feedback to foster a culture of growth and high performance.

Strategic Planning: Participate actively in the preparation of the hotel’s strategic marketing plans. Ensure teams are equipped with the resources and authority necessary to execute their duties effectively.
Guest Experience & Service Standards

Service Excellence: Uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards by proactively anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns efficiently.

Guest Relations: Maintain high visibility within operations to cultivate relationships with regular patrons and develop connections with new guests through personalized engagement.
Financial Management

Revenue & Cost Control: Oversee the financial health of the division. Implement creative solutions for revenue generation while controlling labor and operating expenses through strategic planning, purchasing, and inventory management.

Budgeting: Prepare and manage the Food and Beverage Department budget, including menu planning, costing, and pricing strategies for food and beverage offerings.
Compliance & Safety

Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor laws, as well as internal corporate policies.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in banquets and food and beverage outlets within the luxury hotel sector, or three (3) years of specific Director of Food & Beverage experience in Luxury Hotels, preferably FORBES rated 5-Star.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience and skills comparable to a degree.
