Position Title: General Manager

Job Overview:

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, from managing daily staff activities to fostering strong guest and client relationships. You will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to all departments, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction while driving profitability. The General Manager will coordinate and direct the operations of key departments, including Rooms Division, Sales, Engineering, Catering, Conference Management, Third-Party Vendors, and Food & Beverage. Additionally, you will analyze guest needs, industry trends, and competitive insights to recommend and implement changes that enhance guest and employee satisfaction, maintain market leadership, and deliver exceptional financial results.

Compensation:

• Salary: $120,000–$140,000
• Bonus Potential: Up to 20%

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to consistently support and drive operational success
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar property or role
• Demonstrated track record of achieving exceptional profit and guest satisfaction goals in the hotel industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed
