Food & Beverage Restaurant (Outlets) Manager
Location: Midland / Odessa, TX
Salary: $65K - $75K + 10% Bonus + Relocation Assistance
Job Summary
The F&B Outlets Manager oversees operations in the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and other F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional service, adherence to budgets, and revenue growth. This role requires leadership, discretion, and independent judgment, with a focus on administrative and professional tasks.

Responsibilities
Guest & Employee Interaction:
Ensure attentive, friendly, and service-oriented interactions.
Address guest requests, complaints, and incidents promptly.
Team Management:
Train, motivate, coach, and discipline F&B staff.
Prepare schedules, conduct interviews, and manage payroll.
Operational Oversight:
Maintain service standards, compliance with policies, and inventory management.
Oversee bar functions, beverage menus, and cost control.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with leadership and other departments.
Attend meetings and provide training as needed.
Create new menus with the assistance of the Exec. Chef
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor financial performance and implement promotional strategies.
Forecasting, Scheduling, Budgeting, Purchasing, Monthly Inventory
Maintain POS
Quality Assurance:
Ensure food and beverage quality aligns with brand standards.
Conduct regular tastings, audits, and recipe checks.
