Core Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass established group sales revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key accounts, including corporate clients, event planners, and destination management companies, to secure repeat and new business.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, industry networking, and participation in trade shows to build a strong sales pipeline.

Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and finalization of group sales contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company standards and client objectives.

Inter-departmental Collaboration: Work in close partnership with marketing, operations, and event management teams to guarantee seamless service delivery and execution for all group bookings.

Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and booking patterns. Provide detailed reports on sales performance and pipeline status to senior leadership.
Candidate Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in group sales, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector. A verifiable track record of exceeding sales quotas is essential.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
