Medical Director – Psychiatry - Fort Wayne, IN

Join a leading behavioral health hospital in Fort Wayne, IN, as a Medical Director and Full-Time Psychiatrist.  Provide compassionate, high-quality inpatient psychiatric care for adult and geriatric patients while also leading the medical staff and supporting quality initiatives.

Position Highlights:

• Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm with flexibility)
• Inpatient caseload of 12–16 patients/day
• Occasional PHP/IOP and telepsychiatry consults
• Serve as on-site medical director and liaison with hospital administration
• Optional: after-hours/weekend call and NP supervision
