• 8–10 major surgeries and 10–20 minor procedures per month
• Average 20–22 patients per day
• 1:4 shared call schedule
• Modern 4,000 sq. ft. office equipped with LEEP, colposcopy, hysteroscopy, and ultrasound

Hospital & Clinical Support

• Deliveries at a hospital with Level III NICU
• 24/7 OB anesthesia coverage
• Access to MFM, full pediatric, and neonatology support

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $325,000–$350,000
• Annual performance bonus: $20,000
• Partnership opportunity after 3 years
