• Estimated annual compensation: $232,000–$279,000 (uncapped productivity)

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical exams
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate interdisciplinary care
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and clinical teams
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulations

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO with active Arizona medical license and DEA
• Experience in post-acute, acute care, hospital medicine, ED, or clinic preferred
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
