Medical Director – Family Medicine | New Port Richey FL | Hybrid

Opportunity Highlights:

• Hybrid leadership role: 3 clinic days + 2 admin (remote-capable)
 • Monday–Friday with flexible 8-hour schedule (7 AM–7 PM window)
 • Patient volume: ~18 per day
 • Telephone-only call (minimal, rotated)
• Oversee 16+ providers + 2 APP leaders
 • Partner directly with CMO on strategy and program development

Qualifications:

• BC in Family Medicine
• 5+ years clinical experience
• 2+ years leadership experience required
