• Double physician in-house coverage model
 • Full-time schedule: 5–8 24-hour in-house shifts per month
 • No billing or coding responsibilities
 • Labor & delivery management
 • Coverage for unassigned OB patients
 • OBED and in-house support for general OB and emergent GYN cases
 • Work in Arkansas’ largest nonprofit hospital with Level III NICU and regional transfer center
 • 24/7 in-house neonatology support and MFM collaboration
