Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC / LMHC) – Post-Acute Care – Stephenville, TX Area

Join a respected post-acute behavioral health team delivering meaningful care in skilled nursing facilities across the Stephenville region. Schedule & Practice Model

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (5 days/week)
  • Round in skilled nursing facilities (short-term units)
  • Documentation completed remotely within 48 hours
  • Company-provided iPad/laptop
  • No hospital call or weekend requirements

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric and behavioral health assessments
  • Provide therapy and counseling interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
  • Support quality outcomes in post-acute care settings

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated compensation: $96,000 – $114,000 annually (uncapped productivity)

Candidate Requirements

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Active Texas license (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred but not required
  • Please note: LCSW candidates cannot be considered for this role
