Schedule & Practice Model
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (5 days/week)
- Round in skilled nursing facilities (short-term units)
- Documentation completed remotely within 48 hours
- Company-provided iPad/laptop
- No hospital call or weekend requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric and behavioral health assessments
- Provide therapy and counseling interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Support quality outcomes in post-acute care settings
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated compensation: $96,000 – $114,000 annually (uncapped productivity)

Candidate Requirements
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Active Texas license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred but not required
- Please note: LCSW candidates cannot be considered for this role
