Physician Assistant – Urgent Care/Emergency (Evening Shift) – Sacramento Suburb, CA

Opportunity Highlights

• Permanent, onsite position in a busy urgent care/emergency setting
• Evening shift, 32 hrs/week
  • Weekdays: 12:30 PM–8:30 PM; Weekends: 9:30/10:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Includes rotating weekends; schedule alternates weekly
• Autonomy in managing patient care with physician support
• Perform exams, order diagnostics, wound care, suturing, and urgent care procedures
• May assist with rounding, admissions, perioperative care

Qualifications

• ARC-PA graduate with active California PA license, NCCPA certification, BLS, and NPI
• 1+ year urgent care/ED experience (3–5 years preferred for senior role)
• Fluoroscopy permit (if applicable) required within 18 months
• Strong teamwork and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $147,200–$259,100/year, based on experience and level
• Sign-on bonus up to 10% of salary
