Nurse Manager – Med/Surg/Oncology – Portland, OR

Opportunity Highlights:

• Lead a 20-bed inpatient Med/Surg Oncology unit
• Oversee ~50 direct reports including RNs and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations, staffing, and patient care delivery
• Implement best practice models and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Oversee budget, resource allocation, and performance improvement initiatives
• Maintain clinical expertise and supervise care in a 24/7 environment

Qualifications:

• RN license in Oregon (or ability to obtain by hire)
• BSN and at least 5 years in patient care delivery
• Minimum 5 years in business operations/clinical healthcare or related field
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership role
• BLS required; oncology experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $171,000 – $198,000/year
