Licensed Therapist (LPC/LMFT) – South-Central Virginia | North Carolina/Virginia Border

Opportunity Highlights

• Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
• Round-and-go model with onsite patient care and remote documentation
• No nights or weekends
• Provide psychotherapy in post-acute and long-term care settings
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, grief, and life transitions
• Collaborative interdisciplinary care team
• Experience required

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 position with base salary plus productivity
• Estimated earnings $73K–$93K+ annually

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LPC or LMFT license
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• LCSW not considered
• Geriatric or post-acute experience preferred
