Nocturnist Hospitalist – Northern New York

A well-regarded hospital in Northern New York is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician for a Nocturnist Hospitalist position. This is a hospital-employed role with excellent earning potential and a manageable patient volume.

Position Highlights:

• 94-bed hospital with a 6-bed open ICU
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Patient load: 8–12 patients per shift
• Procedures required: vent management, central lines, intubation; cardioversion is a plus
• Supportive environment for experienced physicians and new grads with ICU training

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $420,000
• Sign-on Bonus: $25,000
• Relocation assistance: up to $15,000
• CME allowance: $4,000
• Licensing and dues: $2,000
• Full benefits including health, retirement, and malpractice with occurrence coverage
