Pulmonary/Critical Care – Northeast Alabama 

Seeking a BE/BC Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join its hospital-employed team. The position is available due to a recent relocation.

Position Highlights:

• 18-bed semi-open ICU
• Join 2 full-time PCCs, 2 part-time PCCs, and NPs with 24/7 coverage
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday
• Call: 10 days/month, shared among 3 physicians
• ICU patient follow-up optional (rare)
• 24/7 hospitalist support with procedures
• EMR: Paragon (system-wide standard)
• J-1 and H-1B visa candidates for 2025 & 2026 welcome

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $450,000–$500,000+ (DOE)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• wRVU-based incentives
• Malpractice coverage

• Relocation: $5,000 (single) / $10,000 (family)
