Psychotherapist (LPC/LMFT) – Upper Cumberland, TN | Cookeville, TN

Opportunity Highlights

• Full-time 5-day/week, Monday–Friday position
• No nights or weekends
• Flexible, onsite round-and-go model with remote documentation
• Provide psychotherapy to older adults in SNF, LTC, ALF, and IRF settings
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, grief/loss, and life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Coverage includes Cookeville, Crossville, Sparta, Celina, and surrounding communities
• Strong clinical autonomy with administrative and back-office support

• Estimated earnings $67K–$79K+ with uncapped productivity

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPC or LMFT license
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• Minimum 6 months of psychotherapy experience
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
• LCSWs are not being considered
