Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Post-Acute Care – Southeastern PA – 1 hour from Philadelphia

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to short-term and long-term patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order and interpret labs, prescribe medications, and monitor treatment plans
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and caregivers on chronic disease management and healthy lifestyle habits
- Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and facility staff
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated annual compensation: $210,529 – $271,529 (no cap on productivity-based income)

Candidate Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible physician
- Minimum 1 year of primary care experience required
- Post-acute care experience preferred but not required
- Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- DEA license with prescriptive authority
