Schedule

• Full-time position
• Six 24-hour in-house shifts per month

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation: $378,000 – $433,000 including Medical Director stipend
• Sign-on bonus up to $40,000
• Relocation assistance up to $25,000
• Comprehensive benefits package and CME allowance
• Paid malpractice coverage
• No billing or coding responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of hospitalist team
• Partner with hospital executives on quality initiatives
• Support program development and operational excellence
• Promote collaborative, patient-centered OB/GYN care

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible OB/GYN
• Hospitalist experience preferred; leadership interest welcomed
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
