Hematology / Oncology Physician – Northern NY | Near Montreal

Opportunity Highlights:

• Hospital-employed Hematology / Oncology position within major regional health system
• Predominantly outpatient practice with daytime inpatient consult coverage
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule
• Strong quality of life with manageable patient volumes
• Average 1–2 new patients/day and 12–14 follow-ups/day
• Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards
• Collaborative oncology team with Radiation Oncology onsite
• J1 and H1B visa candidates welcome (2026–2027 graduates encouraged to apply)

Clinical Resources:

• Dedicated cancer center with 3 exam rooms, 6 infusion chairs, and onsite lab draw
• In-house pharmacy with board-certified oncology pharmacist
• Radiation Oncology onsite with CT simulator + Linear Accelerator
• Bone marrow biopsies performed onsite (5–6/month)
• Broad cancer case mix with strong regional referral base

Compensation & Benefits:

• $650K–$700K base salary
• 5% quality bonus
• $50K sign-on bonus
