Registered Nurse – NICU (Level IV) - Seattle, Washington
Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours/week | 12-hour night shifts
Compensation: Base salary range $80,000 – $156,000/year
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced NICU RNs to join a well-established Level IV NICU team in Seattle. This is an opportunity to work in a highly specialized neonatal intensive care unit that provides advanced, compassionate care for critically ill newborns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, high-acuity care to neonates in a Level IV NICU
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care
- Perform thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Educate and support families through treatment and care transitions
- Maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards in all aspects of care
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to team learning
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington RN license
- Current BLS (AHA) and NRP (AAP) certification

Minimum 1 year of full-time NICU RN experience (post-graduation; excludes clinical rotations or residency)
- Level IV NICU experience preferred
