Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – Inpatient Rehab – 45 minutes from Louisville, KY

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Kentucky license or ability to obtain
• DEA/prescriptive authority or eligibility required
• Primary care experience required; inpatient rehab experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $201,168 – $277,460, with no cap on productivity
• Biweekly pay with base + productivity model
