Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC) – Part-Time – North Texas (Pilot Point Area)

Role Overview:

• Conduct patient care rounds in a skilled nursing setting
• Provide assessments and therapy sessions for short-term care patients
• Complete documentation within 48 hours from home using provided iPad/laptop

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fee-for-service (FFS) model
• Estimated income range: $49,000 – $58,000 annually (no cap on productivity)

Qualifications:

• Active LPC or LMHC license required in Texas
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred, but not required

• Familiarity with EMR systems (Gehrimed/EPIC) is a plus
