Seeking an experienced board certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrician to join a practice providing inpatient primary care to adults in skilled nursing facilities.

Monday – Friday schedule

 

Will not accept visa candidates. Candidates must have at least 1 year post residency or fellowship experience.
