Primary Care Physician (IM/FM/Geriatrics) – Hartford Area

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fee-for-service model with $261K–$303K+ estimated annual earnings (uncapped)

Qualifications:

• BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active Connecticut license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
• Post-acute, acute care, ED experience welcomed
