How does it work?

Phase 1

Complete the form on the following page, attaching your CV and portfolio (e.g. GitHub profile) and telling us about the types of freelance services you offer.

Phase 2

We’ll look for projects for you, reaching out to companies in need of freelance Data Scientists for various assignments.

Phase 3

When a project comes up that matches your profile, we’ll send you an email with the assignment details to confirm your availability.

Phase 4

If your profile and preferences are a good match for the project requirements, we’ll introduce you to the company (please note: you’ll need to be registered as a freelancer/self-employed in your country before accepting the assignment).

The commission is paid by the company, so this service is completely free of charge for you.

To work with us, please make sure to:

• Add your name, email, and phone number (required fields).
• Upload your CV in PDF format only (you can upload more than one file). Documents may be in Spanish or English.
• Fill out the form with your services and preferences (after uploading your documents).
• Add mcastellano@talentocientifico.com and cientificos.freelance@talentocientifico.com to your safe sender list to ensure you receive our emails.

Important:

• The fee ranges you provide are minimum rates. We will not contact you with projects that fall below those amounts.
• When we have a project requiring your services, we’ll send you the details so you can decide whether you're interested.
• Don’t list technologies/areas you don’t have experience with. It’s rare to be highly experienced in everything! If you select many fields, make sure they align with your CV/experience.
• We recommend including in your CV any project details not covered in the form.
