Outpatient Physical Therapist | Full-Time | San Leandro, CA

Are you an outpatient Physical Therapist looking to join a practice where clinical excellence and patient experience go hand in hand? We are seeking a skilled and motivated PT to join a well-established, multi-site outpatient rehabilitation team serving the San Leandro community.

What You'll Do:

You will evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic caseload, designing individualized treatment plans that help patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they love. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will partner closely with referring physicians and fellow clinicians to deliver evidence-based care with measurable outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
• Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
• A patient-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduates with strong clinical foundations are welcome to apply
