About the Role
You’ll provide comprehensive physical therapy services using evidence-based techniques and personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and movement assessments
- Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Deliver hands-on therapy and functional rehabilitation interventions
- Provide therapeutic exercise instruction and progression
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term health
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure continuity of care
