Physical Therapist — Outpatient Orthopedic & Specialty Rehab

PT-Owned Private Practice

A therapist-owned outpatient clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist or PTA to join a collaborative, patient-centered team dedicated to helping individuals recover from injury, manage pain, and restore optimal function. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value true 1:1 care, clinical autonomy, and mentorship in a setting focused on quality over volume.

About the Role

You’ll provide comprehensive physical therapy services using evidence-based techniques and personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. This practice emphasizes hands-on care, individualized attention, and clinical excellence without the use of aides or techs — therapists manage their patients directly throughout each session.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and movement assessments
  • Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
  • Deliver hands-on therapy and functional rehabilitation interventions
  • Provide therapeutic exercise instruction and progression
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term health
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure continuity of care

Services Provided

Traditional Physical Therapy

  • Functional training and therapeutic exercise
  • Joint mobilization and manipulation
  • Balance and coordination training
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Gait training and movement analysis

Specialized Therapies

  • Massage Therapy — reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support healing
  • Dry Needling — release trigger points and improve mobility
  • Cupping Therapy — enhance blood flow and soft tissue recovery

Injury-Specific Care

  • Sports injury rehabilitation and return-to-sport programming
  • Occupational injury treatment with ergonomic focus
  • Motor vehicle accident recovery and trauma rehabilitation

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
  • Active state PT license (or eligibility)
  • Strong hands-on clinical skills and manual therapy interest
  • Commitment to individualized patient care
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • New graduates welcome — mentorship available

Why Join This Practice

  • PT-owned clinic with clinician-driven culture
  • Structured mentorship and professional development support
  • True one-on-one treatment model (no double booking)
  • No aides or techs — full clinical autonomy
  • Diverse patient population and treatment variety
  • Emphasis on evidence-based care and clinical growth

If you’re a clinician who values personalized care, hands-on treatment, and meaningful patient relationships, this is an opportunity to practice the way physical therapy was meant to be delivered.
