Occupational Therapist – Certified Hand Therapist (OT/CHT) | Full-Time | Oakland, California



Are you a Certified Hand Therapist looking to bring your expertise to a well-established, patient-centered outpatient rehabilitation practice? We are seeking a skilled OT/CHT to join a collaborative, high-performing therapy team at a growing multi-site outpatient clinic with locations throughout California.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for a diverse caseload of upper extremity and hand conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, complex wound care, custom splinting, and functional restoration. You will work closely with referring physicians and surgeons to deliver evidence-based care that helps patients return to the activities that matter most to them.

What You Bring:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation required
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or hand therapy settings
• Strong clinical skills in splint fabrication, manual therapy, and post-operative upper extremity protocols
• A collaborative approach and genuine commitment to exceptional patient outcomes
