What You'll Do as Center Manager

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations of the Santa Cruz center
• Mentor staff PTs and support new grads through our clinical instructor program
• Build and maintain employer relationships in the Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay area
• Drive clinical outcomes, patient experience, and team development
• Maintain an active patient caseload alongside leadership duties

Compensation & Incentives

• 8% annual profit share bonus (Center Manager–specific)

Your Growth Path

Center Manager → Multi-Site Clinical Operations Manager → Clinical Director. We fund OCS, dry needling, and other specialty certifications, offer CEU dollars, and fly team members in for internal expert-led programs.

What We're Looking For

• Active California PT license (required)
• Licensed Physical Therapist with clinical experience in orthopedics and/or industrial medicine
• Leadership experience or demonstrated readiness to step into a management role
• Passion for measurable outcomes, team development, and prevention-focused care
• Strong communication skills for working with employer partners and injured workers
