Orthopedic Specialty Clinic | Outpatient Setting


A well-established orthopedic clinic serving its region for decades is seeking a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Certified Hand Therapist to join its collaborative care team. Known for delivering high-quality orthopedic care from initial evaluation through every stage of recovery, this practice is committed to providing exceptional patient outcomes through coordinated, patient-centered treatment.


About the Role

This position focuses heavily on post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation, treating a wide range of surgical cases including:

  • Shoulder
  • Knee
  • Hip
  • Foot & Ankle
  • And other orthopedic procedures

You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to guide patients through recovery, restore mobility and strength, and help them safely return to daily life, work, and activity.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Provide post-operative orthopedic therapy based on physician protocols and best practices
  • Deliver hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise interventions
  • Educate patients on recovery timelines, precautions, and home programs
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care


Qualifications

  • PT, OT, or CHT credential (active license or eligibility required)
  • Strong orthopedic clinical skills and interest in post-surgical rehab
  • Ability to manage a structured caseload while maintaining quality care
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
  • New graduates welcome; orthopedic experience preferred but not required
