Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations using advanced assessment methods, including movement investigation and gait analysis
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, symptoms, medical history, and physical limitations
  • Deliver hands-on, one-on-one therapy sessions and guide patients through therapeutic exercise programs
  • Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to maximize recovery outcomes
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility improvement, and long-term wellness strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive and seamless care experience


Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
  • Active Washington State Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
  • New graduates welcome; mentorship and support provided
  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills
  • Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care
  • Experience with advanced diagnostics or movement analysis is a plus, but not required
