Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations using advanced assessment methods, including movement investigation and gait analysis
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, symptoms, medical history, and physical limitations
- Deliver hands-on, one-on-one therapy sessions and guide patients through therapeutic exercise programs
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to maximize recovery outcomes
- Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility improvement, and long-term wellness strategies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive and seamless care experience
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Washington State Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- New graduates welcome; mentorship and support provided
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care
- Experience with advanced diagnostics or movement analysis is a plus, but not required
