Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports Performance

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, hands-on Physical Therapist to join a progressive outpatient orthopedic practice dedicated to delivering exceptional, individualized patient care. This is an opportunity to practice the way you've always envisioned—with adequate time per patient, advanced technology, and a supportive culture focused on clinical excellence and professional development.

Practice Model & Culture:

This established outpatient clinic has intentionally chosen a high-quality over high-volume care model, serving an active patient population ranging from adolescents to seniors (ages 10-95). The practice culture emphasizes positivity, energy, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with clear accountability paired with robust support, coaching, and mentorship for professional growth.

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide dedicated 45-minute one-on-one treatment sessions with each patient
  • Deliver active, hands-on interventions with emphasis on customized corrective exercise programming
  • Utilize movement analysis and performance assessment tools to guide treatment decisions
  • Manage a diverse caseload including orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and performance optimization
  • Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and collaborative care planning

Clinical Setting & Resources:

  • True one-on-one care delivery - you provide all treatment personally, with no treatment delegation to support staff
  • State-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced assessment technology including performance measurement systems, motion capture analysis, and sophisticated gait analysis tools
  • Access to cutting-edge equipment supporting both rehabilitation and performance enhancement

Required:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Current Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Passion for hands-on, movement-based treatment approaches
  • Strong communication skills and patient-centered mindset
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing professional development

Preferred:

  • Experience with or interest in sports performance and orthopedic populations
  • Knowledge of corrective exercise principles and movement screening
  • Familiarity with technology-assisted assessment and treatment
  • Board certification or specialty training in orthopedics or sports physical therapy (or working toward certification)

What We Offer:

  • Quality-focused practice model that prioritizes patient outcomes over patient volume
  • Adequate treatment time to deliver comprehensive, effective care
  • Professional development support including coaching, mentoring, and continuing education opportunities
  • Access to advanced technology and assessment tools
  • Positive, energetic team culture with clear vision and accountability structures
  • Opportunity to be valued as an integral team member making a meaningful difference in patients' lives
