Position Summary:

We are seeking passionate Physical Therapists to join an established, privately-owned outpatient orthopedic practice serving communities throughout the Pacific Northwest. Practice Model & Patient Care:

  • True 1:1 treatment sessions - you provide all patient care personally with no double-booking
  • 40-minute appointment blocks for both evaluations and treatments, allowing adequate time for thorough care
  • Evidence-based practice supported by access to fellowship-trained specialists in multiple disciplines
  • Diverse patient population including orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and specialized populations
  • Opportunity to develop clinical specialties with direct marketing and physician liaison support


Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on, evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's goals
  • Manage a diverse caseload across the lifespan and multiple orthopedic conditions
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation using advanced EMR system with AI-assisted documentation tools
  • Participate in outcome tracking and quality improvement initiatives

Professional Development & Collaboration

  • Engage in comprehensive mentorship program led by residency and fellowship-trained clinicians
  • Participate in monthly in-services featuring expert clinicians and local physicians
  • Attend didactic sessions on advanced topics including pain neuroscience and specialty areas
  • Collaborate with medical community through lunch-and-learn sessions and surgical observation opportunities
  • Potential involvement with family medicine residency program educational experiences

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Current Physical Therapy license in Washington State (or ability to obtain)

Preferred:

  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings
