Physical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time) — Specialty Outpatient Practice
Hands-On Care | Mentorship | Flexible Structure
A specialized outpatient physical therapy practice in the Seattle area is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT or PTA considered) to join a highly personalized, relationship-driven clinic. This is a unique opportunity to work in a setting that prioritizes hands-on care, root-cause treatment, and meaningful patient relationships rather than high patient volume.
New graduates, licensed applicants awaiting credentialing, and experienced therapists are all encouraged to apply.
About the Practice
The model emphasizes quality treatment time, individualized care, and clinical autonomy.
Clinical Philosophy

- Movement analysis and pattern retraining
- Mobility + stability integration principles
- Nervous system–focused rehabilitation using advanced stimulation technology
- Whole-person health considerations (sleep, stress, nutrition, inflammation)
Patients receive personalized care plans and ongoing provider access between visits for guidance and support.
The clinic treats individuals across a broad spectrum, including:
- Chronic pain and fatigue conditions
- Post-injury and post-surgical rehab
