A therapist-owned outpatient clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing team. About the Role
If you’re passionate about helping patients overcome persistent pain, recover from injury or surgery, and return to optimal function, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact. You’ll work with individuals experiencing everything from chronic discomfort and musculoskeletal injuries to pregnancy-related conditions and pelvic health concerns.
Our clinic uses advanced diagnostic tools such as motion analysis and gait evaluation to identify root causes of dysfunction and create targeted treatment plans that deliver lasting results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and movement retraining
- Treat orthopedic and/or pelvic health conditions depending on your specialization
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness
- Track progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Washington State license (or eligibility)
- New grads welcome — structured mentorship available
- Interest or experience in orthopedics, pelvic health, or both
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized treatment
