Outpatient Physical Therapist | Part-Time with Full-Time & Ownership Potential | Los Altos, CA

What You'll Do:

You will evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload in a collaborative, one-on-one care environment. Experience or interest in pelvic health is strongly welcomed, as this is a valued and growing area of the practice. You will have the autonomy to deliver exceptional, individualized care — the way physical therapy is meant to be practiced.

The Schedule:

The practice owner is on-site three days per week — offering built-in mentorship, collaboration, and clinical support on those days. The remaining days are yours to manage independently, giving you real autonomy and the opportunity to begin operating the practice as your own.

What You Bring:

• Current California PT licensure in good standing
• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Interest or training in pelvic health (preferred but not required)
• An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in practice ownership
• The ability to work both collaboratively and independently
