What We're Looking For:
• Active OT license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong functional assessment, ADL retraining, and documentation skills
• Genuine passion for working with the geriatric population
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
