Physical Therapist — Sports & Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

A privately owned outpatient physical therapy clinic located about 15–20 miles east of Seattle is seeking one exceptional full-time Physical Therapist to join its growing practice. This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the owner in a close-knit, mentorship-driven environment with strong growth potential — including a future path toward partnership or ownership for the right clinician.

The clinic has built a strong reputation primarily through word-of-mouth referrals and is known for delivering highly individualized, movement-focused care using modern rehabilitation technology and evidence-based methods.

About the Clinic

  • Small, supportive team environment (owner clinician + aides + front office support)
  • Patient mix:
  • ~80% sports and active population (many soccer and track athletes)
  • ~20% post-operative orthopedic

The clinic emphasizes movement-based therapy and functional treatment, rooted in Applied Functional Science principles. The owner has advanced training from a nationally respected movement science institute and values clinicians who appreciate or want to learn this approach.

Clinical Approach

Our philosophy centers on understanding how each part of the body influences the whole. Treatment focuses on:

  • Hands-on therapy techniques
  • Customized exercise programs
  • Functional movement retraining
  • Rehabilitation technology
  • Root-cause analysis rather than symptom-only treatment

We are committed to delivering innovative, effective, and compassionate care that helps patients return to their lives stronger, healthier, and pain-free.

Tools & Technology

  • AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill for performance and recovery training
  • Modern EMR system (PROMPT)
  • Dry needling and trigger point therapy provided by owner
  • Potential expansion into shockwave therapy for clinicians experienced in this modality

Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible)
  • Passion for sports and orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Interest in movement science and functional treatment models
  • Motivated, growth-oriented mindset
  • Values mentorship and hands-on learning
  • Bonus: experience with shockwave therapy

Why Join

  • Direct mentorship from experienced clinic owner
  • Small-team culture with strong support
  • High demand and full caseload potential
  • Access to advanced rehab technology
  • Opportunity to grow clinically and professionally
  • Clear pathway for leadership or ownership for the right fit

If you're looking for a clinic where your clinical voice matters, your growth is supported, and your future can expand beyond traditional employment, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
