Asset Manager + Growth Opportunity + Omaha

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Own performance across a portfolio of real estate assets, with a focus on maximizing value and long‑term returns 
• Identify and evaluate risk across the portfolio (market dynamics, lease expirations, regulatory considerations, etc.) 
• Partner closely with property management while operating at a more strategic, ownership level 
• Analyze asset performance through financial modeling, cash flow projections, and scenario analysis 
• Evaluate opportunities for development, acquisition, repositioning, or disposition 
• Help build structure where it doesn’t yet exist—best practices, processes, and playbooks 
• Contribute meaningfully to a growing organization where your voice and ideas genuinely matter 

What You Bring 

Must‑Haves 

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to think critically and connect the dots 
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization 
• A true “do the job” mindset—someone who wants to contribute, not coast 
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality 

Nice‑to‑Haves 

• Background in real estate, development, investment banking, or asset management 
• Experience with financial modeling and advanced Excel (Index/Match, VLOOKUP, sensitivity analysis) 
• Exposure to institutional environments or structured training programs 
• Strong business intuition—knowing when to rely on judgment, not just models
