What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the construction administration function, guiding internal staff and serving as the primary point of contact during the construction phase.
  • Act as the bridge between contractors, clients, and design teams—keeping communication clear and projects running smoothly.
  • Oversee site meetings, cost tracking, scheduling, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Review construction documents, process RFIs and submittals, and resolve on-site challenges in real time.
  • Conduct site visits for QA/QC, handle project closeouts, and maintain accurate construction records.
  • Provide leadership in bidding phases, estimates, and inspections.
  • Partner closely with clients to ensure satisfaction while mentoring and developing your internal team.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in construction services, with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong communication abilities—comfortable leading meetings and advising clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, think critically, and provide cost-effective solutions.
  • Flexibility to travel for meetings, site visits, and project oversight.
