MAKE AN IMPACT 

As a Financial Analyst, you will 

 

  • Consolidate and analyze financial statements and other supporting financial documents related to a business 
  • Assist in the execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements 
  • Assist in performing valuation services related to mergers, acquisitions, estate planning, and litigation 
  • Prepare client deliverables including reports, presentations, and data visualizations 
  • Conduct industry and company research to support transaction insights 
  • Support project management tasks and contribute to internal initiatives 
  • Demonstrate a strong drive to jump into a variety of projects and continuously learn new skills and industries 

 

QUALIFICATIONS  

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field 
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel modeling skills 
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Strong organization and writing skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations. 
  • Must be proactive, client-focused, and relationship-driven with a collaborative team-oriented approach. 
  • Ability to work with entrepreneurial clients, partners, and coworkers in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment 
  • An understanding of GAAP accounting
