They're seeking a Chief Operating Officer to serve as a key partner to the CEO and play a pivotal role in scaling a highly visible leadership development initiative. This individual will help build operational excellence, strengthen strategic partnerships, and ensure an exceptional experience for both employer partners and program participants.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations and execution of a growing leadership development program
  • Create and enhance systems, processes, and infrastructure that support long-term growth
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for executive-level employer partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, executives, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with university partners and program leaders to ensure a high-quality participant experience
  • Drive accountability, alignment, and communication across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Support expansion efforts by strengthening partnerships and enhancing program delivery
  • Partner closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, organizational priorities, and growth plans
  • Help establish the operational foundation needed to support future market expansion

What They're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Extensive executive leadership experience with a track record of driving organizational success
  • Experience working closely with CEOs, ownership groups, boards, or senior leadership teams
  • Strong operational leadership skills with experience building scalable processes and improving execution
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and influencing abilities
  • Proven ability to navigate executive-level conversations and build credibility with senior decision-makers
  • Experience leading through growth, change, and organizational development
