What You’ll Be Doing:

• Invoicing & Data Entry (50%) – Generate accurate customer invoices and enter financial data into Excel and internal systems with precision.
• Accounts Payable Support (25%) – Help code and reconcile invoices, handle vendor communications, and support payment processes.
• Special Projects & Admin Support (25%) – Jump into whatever’s needed, from credit card transaction entry to one-off projects that keep the team running smoothly.

• High attention to detail—you triple-check your numbers just to be sure
• Flexibility and a can-do attitude—no task too big or small
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort navigating Microsoft Office
• Ability to take direction, ask questions, and learn quickly
